Nedumerire (amenintare cu politia pe e-mail)

Buna seara,

 

Daca aveti 2 minute, cititi totul:

 

Acum cateva zile am luat un proiect pe Freelancer de la o persoana de cetatenie Romana, dar care traieste in Anglia, care dorea sa isi faca un magazin on-line pentru a vinde produse electronice. Totul a decurs ok, am facut site-ul cam in 2 zile, iar la final cu plata, a aparut o problema cu cardul lui. Sistemul Freelancer, sau banca la care avea cardul, avea o restrictie si putea sa alimenteze doar 50 GBP sau asa ceva, per cont. Totul ok, mi-a trimis o suma x de bani, acumulata din trimiterea de pe mai multe conturi. Cand am vrut sa retrag banii catre PayPal, cei de la Freelancer au detectat in sistem ca ar fi fost frauda, si trebuie sa verific contul prin trimiterea unor dovezi(destul de complicat). Suma totala, din ce vad eu pe contul meu si din ce mi-au zis si cei de la departamentul de plati, s-a intors catre cardul angajatorului (stiu ca poate dura ceva pana intra). Discutand putin cu el pe e-mail, a zis ca nu o sa imi trimita banii pana nu ii vin lui inapoi in cont...am zis ca este ok. Mi s-a parut normal ca nici eu sa nu risc, iar pe site-ul lui am pus un banner sus, centrat, cu "site neachitat". Acum seara, ma trezesc pe e-mail cu amenintare ca a pierdut bani de marketing, si ca nici cei de la Freelancer crede el ca nu o sa ii mai intre, ca mi-am batut joc de el, si ca va face reclamatie la politie. Atentie, eu nu am primit nici o lira pana in acest moment de la el. Ce este de facut?

 

Ce am gresit eu in "ecuatia" asta?

Sunteti intr-un impas. Cred ca solutia viabila e sa-ti verifici contul Freelancer. Altfel trebuie sa astepti ca banii sa se intoarca la cel care te-a platit si el sa-ti achite banii din nou. Cum limita de transfer va fi aceeasi, vei intampina aceeasi problema si la urmatoarele transferuri.

Eu cred ca ar trebui sa discutati voi amiabil si apoi sa va indreptati impotriva Freelancer. Dar doar dupa cititi cu mare atentie termenii si conditiile lor. Nu inteleg de ce verificarea nu s-a facut anterior existentei unei plati (asa cum se face la PayPal). Oricum, nu inteleg care e frauda ? Atata timp cat in ecuatie este banca care trimite, Freelancer si PayPal, unde ar putea fi frauda ?

Frauda probabil nu e, dar sunt tranzactii mici si dese, care par suspicioase. Nu stiu cu ce se mananca Freelancer, dar esti sigur ca nu PayPal blocheaza plata? De altfel, chiar si clientul tau putea sa conteste platile facute de el prin PayPal.

18. Limits & Fraud Prevention

 

We reserve the right to suspend a User withdrawal request if the source of the funds is suspected to be fraudulent.

If we become aware that any funds received into an Account from another Account as a result of a fraudulent transaction (e.g. paid a Milestone Payment using a stolen credit card) it will be reversed immediately. If those funds have already been released to you, you must pay the funds into your Account. If you do not do so, we may suspend, limit or cancel your account, or take action against you to recover those funds.

We may, in our sole discretion, place a limit on any or all of the funds in your Account (thereby preventing any use of the funds) if:

  1. we believe there may be a high level of risk associated with you, your Account, or any or all of your transactions, including if we believe that there is a risk that such funds will be subject to reversal or chargeback;
  2. we believe that the beneficiary of the payment is someone other than you;
  3. we believe that the payment is being made to a country where we do not offer our Service; or
  4. we are required to do so by law.

 

If you are involved in a dispute, we may (in certain circumstances) place a temporary limit on the funds in your Account to cover the amount of any potential liability. If the dispute is resolved in your favour, we will lift the limit on your funds and those funds may be released to you. If the dispute is not resolved in your favour, we may remove the funds from your Account.

Dupa cum am spus, trebuie sa treaca prin procesul de verificare a contului Freelancer, pentru a remedia problema.

Acea verificare s-a efectuat dupa ce sistemul a detectat mai multe plati facute catre mine, de acelasi utilizator dar de pe conturi diferite. Lui i s-au banat toate conturile, iar mie mi s-au pus in fata mai multe proceduri de verificare. Din ce mi s-a spus de la departamentul pentru plati, banii se vor intoarce "la sursa originala de plata".
