Pentru cei ce au comandat de la Altex, ati primit ceva garantie pe mail, sau este suficienta garantia producatorului din cutia telefonului? Poți merge la magazin. Produsul meu ar ajunge mai repede în service. Produsul tău... Emag... Au o politică prin care acordă ei certificate la produsele care vin fie bulk fie sunt prea mici să aibă loc de certificat de garanție. Produsele mari în schimb... Vin cu certificate originale de producător. Ca să te lămurești sună callcenterul Altex.
