E mai sănătos să susținem producătorii locali, la prețul de pe Gearbest se adaugă taxe și se depășește prețul din țară cu siguranță. Mihai 2,603 Report post Posted October 30, 2018 Puține magazine online se ocupă ei de garanție, de cele mai multe ori garanția se face la service-ul autorizat. Știu oameni care au avut probleme cu garanția și la Altex pentru că cineva de la Altex refuza să trimită produsul la garanție (s-a rezolvat cu mail către reprezentanța oficială). Acum multe dintre probleme se rezolvă scriind direct la Samsung, HTC sau LG. Dacă nici așa nu se rezolvă, de obicei OPC-ul se ocupă de problemă. Daca service-ul iti refuza reparatia, OPC-ul da dreptate service-ului pentru ca nu au specialisti in domeniu. Am trecut prin asta.
